Eligible students are high school seniors who are US citizens, national, or permanent residents, in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Propel Scholars Award is a need-based scholarship program that provides scholarships to students in low-income communities. The Department of Housing and Urban Development outlines the areas.
Eligible schools are 2-year or 4-year non-for-profit degree-granting institutions in the US.
The Propel Scholars Award scholarship application will not open in 2023.
